Today we are looking at my favourite perfume picks for Christmas 2011 :)

I would describe Katy Perry Purr as a fresh citrusy floral, but the notes according to fragrantica are "top notes of peach, forbidden apple, gardenia and green bamboo with the heart of jasmine, pink freesia and Bulgarian rose and the base of vanilla orchid, creamy sandalwood, white amber, coconut and musk."

Who is this fragrance for ? Your younger sister, teenagers- early twenties.

CK One Shock For Her is described as opulent oriental - floral fragrance with top notes of passion flower, pink peony and poppy. Its heart is made of feminine jasmine, narcissus, blackberry and dark cocoa. The base consists of amber, vanilla, musk and patchouli. This is me in a fragrance, I love strong fragrances, I feel as though they last longer.

Who is this fragrance for ? Early twenties. Your sisters, your best friend

Coco Mademoiselle is described with notes of orange, bergamot, grapefruit, litchi, rose, italian jasmine, indonesian patchouli, haitian vetiver, bourbon vanilla, white musk In my opinion, the most beautiful perfume to have ever been invented ! It has quite a price tag attached to it, but definitely a classic that any female will enjoy, if you don’t own it personally, add it to your wish list for Christmas !

Who is this fragrance for ? Older sisters, your mummy, anyone who loves a classic scent and is worth the huge price tag.

Jimmy Choo fragrance, described as “feminine yet empowering, with a lot of sensuality to it" according to fragrantica. The seductive composition is a modern chypre fruity, with green top notes, tiger orchid, sweet toffee caramel and Indonesian patchouli. I describe it as one of the sexiest perfumes ive smelt. Its something id reach for when going on a hot date, drinks with the girls, or just any summer night- love this one !

Who is this fragrance for ? Early twenties, that girl who beams with confidence.

Fragrantica describes that Flora by Gucci opens the door to new creations by the house of Gucci, which are being planned for younger audience. Xmas Shopping- heels !!

Hey girls,

So here is the first post of my new xmas shopping help and ideas mini series that ill be doing in the next few weeks leading upto xmas yayyy- hurry up santa !!!

My first post will be on heels and who doesnt love them :) Im trying to be budget friendly with all my choices this holiday season. I understand xmas is such an expensive time of year and if your like me, your credit card company will be hunting your ass down come early january lol.. So ill be showcasing a range of items from inexpensive to expensive items. Ill also try and make all items be internationally friendly as much as i can, so its not just limited to my fellow aussie readers.

My target audience: any female you feel you know well enough to be able to pick them something you know will fit their style, just make sure you know their shoe size and make sure you keep your reciept incase an exchange in size is necessary. So im going to narrow this down to your bestie,sisters, your mum, any female family member really, or your favourite girlfriends.

Christmas is coming :):) Need help !!!!!!!!!!!

Hey dolls,

Its been almost a week ! And what a week it has been- Ive gotten myself a new job starting Monday and I also got accepted in to the university where i wanted to do my masters so im pretty happy at the moment, its been one of those good weeks..

I looked at the date today and started having anxiety about Christmas and presents and there was so much excitement at the same time because Christmas is my most favourite time of year, it just feels so holiday like and theres so many parties to attend; so many friends to catch up with and it just gives you that extra time to spend with your family and loved ones.

My family does Kris Kringle, and even though i only have one person to buy for, i stll freak out thinking of who it might be and what I would get them (cause we dont pick our names from the hat until the 1st of December, after we put up our Christmas tree). And sometimes i just really wish that it snowed in Australia for Christmas, id love to have a white christmas with cocoa and beanies in front of the fire place- but i suppose having barbeques with a nice chilled cocktail in the heat of the sun, is equally appetizing.

I just get so carried away because i get soo excited and all giddy cause i love love love Christmas time.

I also havnt blogged this week, because my phone broke. And i know what your thinking, what does that have to do with blogging, but i do have an explanation behind this.. My phone is what i use to take all my blog photos with, because its constantly in my hand and i always upload them asap for the same reasons, as opposed to searching for my camera and cords and what not. I seriously shed a little tear when my phone broke, it was like the worst thing that could've happened (as ridiculous as it sounds- i know you all feel where im coming from !).

But anywho, back on topic- thinking about Christmas today made me think of a fabulous blogging idea. An A-Z guide according to me of awesome xmas pressies. I figure that ill start with shopping for females and then possibly do a post on guys if i get the time before Christmas creeps up on us. I was thinking of something along the lines of my favourite gift ideas in categories- bags, clutches, rings, heels, flats, etc etc etc.

And this way, i can google and find all these products online from my favourite stores that i always shop at- so this will give you guys a little look into the kind of stuff I like and what i think is fashionable..
And also, this will give me some time before i get another phone to be able to take blog pics again, instead of locating a camera because im never happy with the photos i get...(someone put their thinking hat on this morning !!!)

What do you guys think ? Id really like to hear your feedback on this one...

So tell me- is my idea helpful and a good idea or is a complete and utter flunk and i should probably delete this post so i can remove my silly idea from the wider web lol

Halloween Mask

Just a real quick post. If i actually did anything for Halloween, this is how i wouldve looked- except i would've pinned up my fringe alot earlier before it smushed my antennas on my forehead !

I like the way it turned out, alot easier than searching for a mask !

Im feeling a little vampy !

Ive been missing for about a week, ive been super busy looking for a job and going through some job interviews and all that sorta stuff and here i am- still without a job lol ! So it hasnt been a very good week.
And on top of that, im currently phone-less and have gone back to my old nokia slide phone, because mine decided to die on me.. I was actually happy when my phone decided to cross over cause i was all like wooo hooo iphone 5 will be released and then when i realised there was no such thing, i cracked it and decided that i didnt want a poopie iphone 4S, so here i am today- jobless with an old slide phone !! (i know its partially my fault, as im being stubborn over this whole iphone thing lol but i just need to find something that ill love because just like most of us these days, i do most things with one hand, because my other hand is constantly nursing my phone)

So what reflects my "blahh" like mood atm is a dark lipstick- something that i wouldnt wear too often, but im obsessed with this shade because its somewhere between a purple and a deep red which surprisingly to me, actually looks really nice.

This is Rimmels Long Lasting Lipstick range- i love their classic packaging ! Its just so neat.

Doesnt this lipstick colour just make your heart melt, its so wintery but so fresh at the same time. Its perfect when added to a nude face with some basic foundation and one simple sweep of mascara and then you have these gorgeous lips to spice it all up.

Definately a winner. These lipsticks are about the $10 mark and the colour range is okay, not the best that ive seen. The formula is smooth, the application is not a problem and the product is long lasting. Is it as long lasting as they make it out to be ? Definately not- no glossy lipstick will ever be long lasting. I have one bit of advice- a long lasting lipstick will only come in the form of something matte.

Whats your favourite deep coloured lippie ? Im on the search for a deep burgandy red so i need your help- what are your suggestions ?

Love pink lips !

Hey girls,

I picked up a new lippie the other day and ive worn this all weekend because its too cute !!

I love NYX lipsticks for a few reasons being, the price, its creaminess, quality and staying power isnt too bad either.

I introduce to you NYX lipstick in Harmonica- a simple sheer baby pink lipstick.

This is going straight into my handbag to be that emergency lipstick because it will match any outfit or any style of makeup. Then i figure i will pick up another to keep in my makeup drawer so i can always have one handy (this is only because its sooo affordable)

Whats your favourite NYX lipstick shade ? Do you girls like NYX lippies as much as i do ?

Breast Cancer Pink Nail of the Weekend !

Hey dolls,

Ill be attending a breat cancer charity event on Sunday afternoon, so i thought id paint my nails now and be prepared to think pink !

This is Revlon's 'Sweet Tart"- too cute ! :)

Ive never actually used it before, cause im not a huge fan of pink nails on myself, but i like it !

Just a random thought.. i feel as though my Revlon polishes last longer than my OPI ones ? What are your thoughts ??

Face of Australia lip definer

Hey everyone,

Just a real quick post on my new 'most used' lip definer by Face of Australia. Its in the colour perfect pink and its just that beautiful dark/bright pink colour which is perfect under all the brighter pink shades of lipstick ive got my eye on for the Summer months.

These are good quality liners and can be worn alone, because its like a thick crayon that doesnt budge, and the application is so easy cause it just glides across your lips. I purchases mine for $7 at Big W, what a bargain :)

I think this is my third liner from Face of Australia, my other two are the same colour in the most perfect nude i have ever seen, except they look like little stubs because they are literally 3cm long now..

Kat Von D Palette

Hey guys !

I recently bought this palette on a trip to NYC and i never really did anything with it because i sorta forgot i owned it lol until now that is :)

This eyeshadow palette is the 'True Romance Eyeshadow Palette' in 'Ludwig'. Kat Von D says that, "A smokey eye adds an instant air of mystery" and how very true is this ! A smokey eye is so sexy, sleek and mysterious all at the same time and i know that this is one reason i love them.

I love the packaging- too cute !

This palette contains 8 shadows in the prettiest shades of bronze and greens i have ever seen ! Such a versatile palette that can be used during the day or night.

These were swatched in natural daylight, all colours are super pigmented, as these are all swtached with just one swipe. However, im not too happy about the black shadow in the palette, i had to keep swiping my finger over the swatch to try and darken it, but it wouldnt get to a darker black that i was after. But 7 out of 8 shadows being completely awesome means im not complaining.

I believe this was $35 from Sephora in Times Square NYC. They are such a good price, i wish i wouldve bought the palettes in all the other colours because i remember there being one in purples and blues- i have no idea why i opted for the greeny/ bronze palette, normally i would go for purple !

Has anyone else tried these or do you guys own the other palettes in blue and purple ?

I need to get my hands on them, not sure how much they would cost to locate these and pay the Australian rate (we get ripped off down here so bad !!!)

NOTD: Lavender Purple

Today i have a quick NOTD for you all.. I found these cute baby polishes from Target for $5 each, bargain alert !! This polish is by Chi Chi in the colour Mile High.

I love this colour, cause it just makes your hands look so pretty and neat. Ive had this polish on for 4 days now and still not one chipped nail to be seen.

These polishes take a little while to dry, but the price and finished result make it worth it- 5 days with no chips must make these my new favourite polishes !

Lets hope i have this luck with the other colours i bought.. Have you tried these ?

Chi Chi Body Souffle= YUM !!

Hey guys,

Today ill be giving you a super quick review on my favourite body butter ever, hands down !

This souffle/body butter has the consistency of a moisturiser, which i love because sometimes i find body butters to be too thick so they take more time to sink into my skin. This product sinks in super fast, so you can rub it in before running out the door. I love it because its a non greasy formula, but its super moisturising. The scent in absolutely insane, its peach and mango and just reminds me of summer days so it makes me happy using it every day, its just such a nice refreshing smell to begin my day. I use this every morning before i get ready for my day and i use it every night before bed and the smell lingers all day, so my bed sheets smell of it constantly which i love and even if i forget to put perfume on for the day, i can smell the peach and mango frangrance all day.

Ive repurchased this about 6 times now, and for $14.95 which is a bit steep for a body butter, i think its totally worth it. These are now available at Target.

Have you tried any Chi Chi body products ? Let me know.. I have actually spotted a peach and mango body spray from Chi Chi which i must get my hands on- heaven !!!
